山东省人才发展研究中心是经山东省社会科学规划办批准成立、挂靠山东经济学院的学术机构,拥有一批经济学、管理学等学科的专家学者、雄厚的学术积累和研究基础,在人力资源管理与项目管理等领域具有创新性研究成果,是山东省社科规划领导小组批准的省内唯一的人才发展研究基地。本中心现有专兼职研究人员22名,其中教授6名、博士研究生9名,山东经济学院党委书记、博士生导师张体勤教授兼任中心主任。中心在知识性组织理论与实践、创新团队绩效管理、企业技术创新服务体系、人力资源管理体系建设与开发、人才积聚战略、跨国投资理论与实践等方面已经形成了稳定的科研方向,并顺应政府管理和企业发展要求不断拓展新的研究领域。近五年来,中心先后承担完成了1项国家社会科学基金项目,1项教育部课题,1项总装备部国家级课题,8项省级自然基金、社科、软科学项目,1项山东省政府委托课题,2项横向研究课题,各项科研经费301万元,获得省部级二等以上科研奖励10项,出版专著11部,发表高水平学术论文50余篇,先后与国内外十几家高校、研究机构建立了稳定的实质性的合作关系,并与10余家著名企业建立了紧密的咨询与服务关系。
Shandong Institute of Human Resources Development (SHRD) has a high-level faculty in business and economics with rich research experience, and it is the only institution of this kind with provincial authorization. It has 22 full-time and part-time researchers, including 6 professors and 9 Ph.D. candidates. The director of the Institute, doctoral supervisor, Prof. Zhang Tiqin, is also the president of Shandong Economic University. Main research areas are knowledge organization theory & practice, innovation team performance management, business technological innovation system, human resource management and development system, talent aggregation strategy, FDI theory. Recently, the Institute has received totally 3.01million RMB grants from 1 Chinese NSSF program, 1 Ministry of Education program, 8 Provincial NSF and NSSF programs, 1 Shandong provincial government directly trusted research project, as well as 2 business consulting projects. In recent 5 years, our scholars has published 11 books and over 50 journal papers, 10 times received the academic awards from the provincial and national authorizations. The Institute has also established long-term cooperative links with more than ten universities and research centers at home and abroad. Besides, a close relationship has been developed with more than 10 well-known enterprises.
